Who we are
Founded by three Canadian Special Operations Forces veterans with significant experience in the Global War on Terror, Stronghold Wellness was born out of a deep understanding of the challenges veterans and first responders face.
After 17 combined deployments across Iraq, Afghanistan, and Africa, our founders recognized the need for alternative treatment options beyond what conventional medicine offers. This realization inspired the creation of Stronghold Wellness, which is dedicated to connecting people with innovative therapeutic solutions.

Our mission is to increase awareness and simplify access to innovative therapies and regenerative wellness solutions. We recommend only those services proven effective by our community, who have firsthand experience and success with these treatments.
We are not dedicated to brands or companies, we are dedicated to real-world results.
We tailor our services to CAF and RCMP veterans but our programs are open to anyone who might benefit from them.
How It Works
We believe in empowering individuals to take responsibility for their health. Each client is encouraged to research and evaluate the treatment options available. Our blog has lots of great info on it, but it is only one resource.
Once a decision is made, we facilitate introductions. From there, clients and providers work together to determine the best course of action for their specific needs.
We never charge our clients, the referral is completely free. Each product or service is different, all offer discounts when paying out of pocket, but some can be covered by VAC or third party insurance.
