Stronghold Wellness was founded by Canadian Special Operations Forces veterans who went looking for better answers to their own health — and built the organization they wished had existed.
To make innovative, effective health solutions accessible to every Canadian veteran, RCMP member, and first responder — by finding what actually works, cutting through the red tape, and connecting people to it at no cost to them.
Everything we do is measured against one question — does this get someone closer to feeling better? If the answer is no, it isn't part of what we offer.

Stronghold Wellness was founded by three Canadian Special Operations Forces veterans who served at the highest levels of Canada's military.
Across 18 combined deployments in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Africa, they saw what sustained operational stress does to a person. Even with their training and resilience, they struggled afterward — with post-traumatic stress, chronic pain, and the fight to reclaim their health and their lives after service.
They went looking for answers the system wasn't offering. They found therapies that worked, built a community, and hand-picked the medical partners who delivered real results. Stronghold exists to share what they found — so the next person doesn't have to search alone.
